Location: Andalusia Goodwill

The Donation Processor plays a key role in Goodwill’s mission by efficiently receiving, sorting, and preparing donated goods for resale in the retail store. This position ensures that all donations are handled with care, processed quickly and accurately, and made ready for the sales floor to support Goodwill’s programs and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist donors in a courteous, professional manner; thank them for their contributions and provide donation receipts.
• Unload and organize donations from vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Sort, inspect, and categorize donated items such as clothing, accessories, shoes, household goods, books, and electronics according to Goodwill quality standards.
• Identify sellable items and prepare them for pricing, tagging, and display.
• Separate and dispose of unsellable or damaged goods appropriately following Goodwill recycling and salvage procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized donation and processing area at all times.
• Assist with stocking and replenishing the sales floor as needed to ensure merchandise is attractively displayed and accessible.
• Follow safety, security, and loss prevention procedures to ensure a safe workplace.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals.

Location: Andalusia Goodwill

The Hanger is responsible for preparing and organizing merchandise for display on the sales floor. This includes hanging, tagging, sorting, and arranging clothing or other products according to company standards to ensure a clean, organized, and appealing store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and unpack merchandise deliveries.
• Hang, tag, and price garments accurately according to store guidelines.
• Ensure all items are free of stains, smell, folded, or arranged neatly before placing on sales floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the process room and sales floor areas.
• Support visual merchandising team in floor set changes and product displays.
• Assist sales associates and customers when needed, providing friendly and helpful service.
• Follow company safety and loss prevention procedures.
